Coaching with Chris Logan

Be tender
with yourself.

Coaching for people who want relationships that fit who they really are: with themselves, with Others, and with the sacred.

A note from Chris

Hi. I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Chris. I spent years in ministry trying to fold myself into a shape that didn't fit. Finding my way out, into my queerness, into honest relationships, into a gentler relationship with the sacred, took a long time and a lot of help.

You don't need to be a certain kind of queer, or a certain kind of spiritual, or in a certain kind of crisis to work with me. You just need to be a little curious about what an honest life could look like for you.

With care, Chris

What I believe

Healthy relationships are built through honesty, curiosity, and courage.

01

Shame.

So much of what you were told was wrong with you was really just a way you learned to stay safe. Together, we get curious about it instead of fighting it.

02

Your body knows.

Learning to trust your own body is where the real spiritual practice begins. We start there, close to the ground.

03

Queerness is sacred.

Your identity isn't an obstacle to a deep inner life. Often it's the very lens that helps you finally see it.

My approach

I'm not here to tell you how to live your life.

I'm here to help you hear what you already know, and to walk alongside you while you act on it. You're the expert on your own life. My job is to ask good questions and gently reflect back what I see.

About Chris

I know what it's like to build a life that doesn't fit inherited expectations.

I'm Christopher Logan. My background includes ministry, community organizing, leadership development, and a lot of public speaking. I've spent years helping individuals and communities navigate conflict, change, identity, and belonging.

As a queer person who has wrestled with faith, shame, intimacy, and authenticity, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work.

You don't need to have it figured out before we begin.

Group coaching

You don't have to do this alone.

A shared, structured space for people working through similar themes — shame, identity, relationships, and building a life that actually fits. The group becomes a mirror, a witness, and a soft place to practice being honest out loud.

What to expect

No pressure. No script. Just a conversation.

  1. 01

    Free consult

A 20-minute video call. We just talk. You can ask me anything. If we're not the right fit, I'll gladly point you toward someone who is.

  2. 02

    Ongoing sessions

50 minutes, on Zoom, weekly or every other week. We work at your pace, on what's actually alive for you.

  3. 03

    Stop anytime

No long contracts. No packages. You stay because the work is useful, not because you're locked in.

A note on scope: Coaching isn't clinical therapy. We work on insight, integration, and gentle forward movement. If you're in an acute mental-health crisis, please reach out to a licensed therapist or a crisis line, and I'm glad to help you find one.

Honest questions

Things people ask me before booking.

I'm not sure I'm 'queer enough' to work with you. Is that ok?
Yes, really. Plenty of my clients are in the messy, unsure, still-figuring-it-out place. There's no threshold of queerness you need to cross to belong here.
What if I'm not spiritual, or I'm done with religion?
Welcome. I work with deconstructing folks, agnostics, atheists, mystics, and everything in between. I'll never push a framework on you.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are sliding scale, and we'll figure out what works for you on the free consult. I also keep a small number of reduced-fee spots for QTBIPOC clients, so please ask.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused work on insight, integration, and choice. I'll happily refer you to a great therapist if therapy is what you actually need.
How often do we meet?
Usually every week or every other week, for 50 minutes, on Zoom. We figure out a rhythm that fits your life.
Where are you based?
I work with clients across North America and Europe over video.
